PATHWAYS TO TRADITIONAL OSTEOPATHIC PRACTICE 2012
Converting BSc to DO from the classroom to the bench
After many requests from osteopaths for a dedicated course that is specifically aimed at providing the grounding for competent traditional osteopathic practice we are pleased to announce that a pathway for this is now being put together. The biggest subject asked for is how unravel a case and to make a diagnosis and this is what we are working on doing.
We now have a confirmed date for a totally new venue within private grounds in Reading Berkshire of Saturday 27th October 2012. This conference will start the day off by exploring what an alternative understanding of health and disease is, covering related subjects directly related to good traditional osteopathic practice. It will present an overview of the principled framework involved in making a traditional osteopathic diagnosis supported with case histories for each principle demonstrated. The principle speakers will be Howard Beardmore DO and Trevor Gunn Msc, more details will follow in our next newsletter with a featured overview of migraine, online conference booking for tickets will be soon available.
